The SarcoBLAST Class is a 4 Week Muscle Building Program for women that is designed using very little equipment and does not require a gym membership. The goal of the program is for you to learn how to strength train. We'll get you the right weight, reps and sets and teach you proper form, how to modify and when to progress. In 4 Weeks you will understand & experience the benefits of strength training including:

What’s Included? - This program includes 4 - 60 minute personalized muscle building classes PLUS the Physiopath’s Guide to Building Muscle and an additional 4-Week Home Program to help you stay on track, avoid injury and make gains.
